Refund policy

Every shirt is made to order. We don’t accept returns for sizing errors or change of mind — once it’s printed, it exists specifically for you.
If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us at hello@thedumbtees.co within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your call. You don’t need to return the item.

If your order never arrives, report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll sort it out.

Shipping: Orders are fulfilled by Printful and typically ship within 2–5 business days.

Domestic US delivery is generally 5–10 business days after fulfillment. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
